Official Contest Rules and Regulations

By using this Site, you approve and agree to our Contest Rules set out below. 
All terms not defined in this document have the meanings ascribed to them in the privacy policy, which, along with the document hereunder, serves as an additional terms of use agreement between you and BravoBravo.org, and additionally, by your use of this Site, you agree to accept said terms. 

For the purposes of this document, BravoBravo.org and it affiliates, including but not limited to Michigan Opera Theatre, are considered as one and the same legal person and are mentioned as BravoBravo.org (or the Site) all through this Privacy Policy Statement. "You" or "User" refers to anyone visiting the url http://www.BravoBravo.org.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

The following rules and regulations (collectively, the "Contest Rules") apply to the Contest (hereinafter referred to as "Contest" or "The Contest.") sponsored by BravoBravo.org and BravoBravo.org's affiliates, including but not limited to Michigan Opera Theatre, and any additional unnamed or undetermined sponsors. 

Eligibility: Each entrant must be an individual who is at least the age of 18 and live or hold residency in the State of Michigan.

All entrants must be legal residents of the State of Michigan or must be legal residents of a country or jurisdiction in which the Contest Rules will fully satisfy all legal requirements for a contest of the nature of the Contest in such country or jurisdiction. The Contest is void or the entrant ineligible where the legal requirements or restrictions of any jurisdiction prohibit or render illegal the contest or the eligibility of an individual. BravoBravo.org, in its sole discretion, shall determine the eligibility of entrants.

Employees, inspectors, officers, and directors of BravoBravo.org its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Entrants that do not comply with the Contest Rules are not eligible to win a prize.

Entry: Eligible individuals automatically enter the Contest when completing the Sign Up process. To complete the Sign Up, entrant must confirm their submission via email verification.

Prize drawing: The winner will be chosen by the BravoBravo! committee members, from the top 10 entrants with the most votes. The contest grand prize winner will be announced on BravoBravo.org. The winner need not be present to win. In the event of disqualification of any winner, BravoBravo.org may replace such winner with another committee member selected eligible entrant in its sole discretion. BravoBravo.org possesses sole authority and decision making power when choosing Contest winner and said authority and decision making power vetoes any other method of Contest winner determination when said veto power is used due to unforeseen circumstances.

All Contestants, including the winner, irrevocably grants to BravoBravo.org the unconditional and perpetual right to copy, reproduce, encode, store, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when or to the number of times), name, member name, address, image, voice, likeness, statements, biographical material and entry in any media now known or hereafter developed throughout the world for any purpose, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation, notice to, or approval from the entrant or any other party, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Contest Period: The Contest Period is between 12:00 am EST, April 28, 2010 and 11:59 pm EST, May 28, 2010.  The winner will be announced, once the final selection is chosen.  At anytime for any reason BravoBravo.org at its sole discretion can extend the duration of any contest on the url BravoBravo.org.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend upon the total number of entries received.

Prizes: There will be only one prize awarded. 

The approximate retail value $300.00

All prizes will be awarded and are not transferable, except in the case where the officially winner is not of legal drinking age and transfers the ticket award portion of the prize to another individual capable of proving their legal drinking age in the State of Michigan. No substitutions (including for cash) are permitted, except BravoBravo.org reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or less monetary value to the prizes if for any reason any prize cannot be awarded as contemplated in these Contest Rules or for any other reason, in BravoBravo.org's sole discretion.

Notification of Winner: The potential winner will be notified by e-mail or phone, at BravoBravo.org's discretion and must sign and return a confirmation of eligibility and compliance with these Contest Rules, a publicity/liability release (unless prohibited by law), and a prize waiver within five (5) business days of the date the notification is sent. Failure to comply with the requirements will result in disqualification. Any notification returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification. Any potential winner may be required to submit proof of identity.

Disclaimer and Limit of Liability: BravoBravo.org MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST. BravoBravo.org SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, COST, OR INJURY THAT ARISES FROM OR RELATES TO PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST, OR WINNING OR USE OF A PRIZE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (I) LATE, LOST, DELAYED, DAMAGED, MISDIRECTED, INCOMPLETE, OR UNINTELLIGIBLE ENTRIES; (II) TELEPHONE, ELECTRONIC, HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE PROGRAM, NETWORK, INTERNET, OR COMPUTER MALFUNCTIONS, FAILURES, VIRUSES OR DIFFICULTIES OF ANY KIND; (III) FAILED, INCOMPLETE, GARBLED, OR DELAYED COMPUTER TRANSMISSIONS; (IV) THE DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIAL IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTEST; AND (V) ANY OTHER CONDITION THAT MAY CAUSE THE CONTEST TO BE DISRUPTED OR CORRUPTED. BravoBravo.org RESERVES THE RIGHT, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, TO SUSPEND OR CANCEL THE CONTEST OR ALTER THE RULES FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IF AT ANY TIME A COMPUTER VIRUS, TECHNICAL PROBLEM, OR OTHER UNFORESEEABLE EVENT ALTERS OR CORRUPTS THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONTEST. BRAVOBRAVO.ORG CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT OR OWNERSHIP DISPUTES RELATED TO MATERIALS UPLOADED BY CONTESTANTS. UPON UPLOADING MATERIALS, CONTESTANTS RETAIN ALL LIABILITY RELATING TO SAID MATERIALS AND ATTEST THAT THEY OWN ALL COPYRIGHTS RELATED TO SAID MATERIALS OTHER THAN THOSE OWNED BY BRAVOBRAVO.ORG. IN OTHER WORDS, DON'T STEAL SOMEONE ELSE'S SHIT.

Release: BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, THE WINNER AND EACH OF ITS HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS RELEASES AND AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS BravoBravo.org AND THEIR PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, INSPECTORS AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER (WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY) FOR ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RELATED TO PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY OR PRIVACY OR DEFAMATION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) ENTERING THE CONTEST; (II) ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE; OR (III) OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONTEST.

Miscellaneous: All decisions made by BravoBravo.org or its designees shall be final and binding. BravoBravo.org reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Contest, and any future contest or other promotion conducted by it, and to prosecute to the fullest extent permitted by law, any entrant who, in BravoBravo.org's reasonable opinion: tampers with the Site, the entry process, the Contest; violates the Contest Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Governing Law: Unless prohibited by law, the Contest and the rights and obligations of BravoBravo.org and entrants will be governed by and controlled by the laws of the the State of Michigan, without reference to the applicable conflict of law provisions. All entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the PState of Michigan and federal court with respect to any action, dispute or other matter pertaining to or arising out of the Contest.
